Crustaman is a French food manufacturer founded in 2018 and registered in Pouançay, France (registration no. 823404389). We craft a wide range of natural snacks — chocolates, pralines, candies, biscuits, cereals, pasta and rice — for everyone who seeks unique flavours and uncompromising quality. Our domain spans probably the widest choice of biscuits, candy and chocolate in the world, complemented by an impressive selection of nuts and almonds in delicious milk, white and dessert chocolate, presented in elegant packaging.

We produce foods that are free of artificial preservatives, colours, flavours, sweeteners and hydrogenated fats. We are passionate about great tasting food and the pleasure of sharing it with others, and committed to foods that are fresh, wholesome and safe to eat. We seek out and promote organically produced foods, including certified organic and gluten-free products.

Crustaman is built by a family of makers. Gary Henry, our Chief Cook, leads production with a culture that emphasises open information flow, innovation and continuing education. Sammie Henry leads our catering and events, making special days a little more special with the freshest ingredients. Our manufacturing facilities are clean and hygienic, with clearly defined and controlled processes — every finished product is sampled, specified, tested and validated before release.
